When our founders met, recruiting was a tough business. Especially for candidates: companies and recruiters flooded the market with job offers that hardly anyone could identify with. Recruiters called candidates randomly and tried to pitch them any jobs.


Today the market doesn't look that much different: the ways to find talent have hardly changed. Job search and applications cost a lot of time and nerves. Job descriptions, job offers and work conditions rarely match candidates' expectations. Job SPAM, unsolicited and unqualified inquiries from recruiters are part of the daily business, especially in IT/Tech.
