cvift. is a job platform where passive IT/Tech talents who are not actively looking but are interested in learning more about the best companies and vacancies on the market create an anonymous profile, define their skills and expectations and wait for companies apply to them with the perfect job offer.

Wouldn't it be great to find the perfect job at a company in your area or around the world? At cvift. you only register once. If a company likes your skills, can meet your needs and wants to talk to you, you'll receive a personal message directly from that company. Then you decide for yourself whether you want to talk to the company or decline and wait anonymously for the next offer.

Yes. Instead of recommending you just any job, we help you find the perfect job while remaining anonymous. At cvift. you decide for yourself whether and when you speak to a company or whether you prefer to remain anonymous. Until you accept a company's request, your profile remains completely anonymous. Companies have to make a decision based on your skills alone. Gender, age or other demographic characteristics don't play a role here.

We only focus on companies that are hiring for themselves. Recruiters, headhunters, etc. are excluded from cvift. Each company using our platform receives a limited number of credits to reach out to talents. Therefore, companies are forced to make concious and thoughtful decisions about whom they approach.

Yes. But please keep in mind that our platform is designed specifically for passive talents who are not actively looking for a (new) job. Even though you cannot actively apply for jobs here, companies can see your skills and contact you directly if they are interested in speaking to you. So chances are good that you'll still find the perfect job here, too.

Companies only see a randomly generated ID number and your gender-neutral avatar, which you receive when you register. We are convinced that demographic characteristics such as gender, age, ethnicity etc. should not play a role when hiring people. For this reason, your profile will be completely anonymous from the start. Companies have to decide whether they want to speak to you entirely based on your skills.

Companies that have purchased a licence at cvift. receive individual access only. This is how we ensure that you're only contacted by a company representative who can give you first-hand insights about the company, the job, career perpectives and the actual work environment.

For you as an IT/Tech Talent, signing up and using our platform is completely free of charge.

We are currently focussing primarily on Software Development, DevOps, Cloud and Data Science/Big Data. If you work in one of these areas, you've come to the right place. And if you're not working in one of these areas or would like to start out in one of them, we still look forward to you signing up!

When you receive an inquiry from a company, you can see what the company has to offer. If the request sounds like the perfect job, you can approve the request and thereby reveal your identity to the company. Then it's up to the company to get in touch with you. If you decline a request, you remain completely anonymous.

When you sign up, we'll ask you to state your abilities, skills and expectations for the perfect job. A match only takes place when a company can exactly match your criteria and expectations. This way we guarantee that on cvift. you only receive inquiries that perfectly match your personal criteria.

Yes. Just because you recently started a new job doesn't mean it's the perfect job for you (although we really hope so!). And even if it's the perfect job, with cvift. you can always stay up to date on which companies are interested in you and  your current market value.

Once you've accepted a request, your personal information will be shared with the company. The company will then reach out to you directly for an initial meeting.

When you decline a request from a company, you'll be asked twice if you really want to decline. Once you decline a request, you lose your chance to contact that company again. This is the reason why we recommend that you consider carefully whether to accept or decline a request before making a decision.
